Our History

Founded in 1994, Festival has grown from a small local manufacturer to a globally recognised leader in apparel and costume production. Over the years, our commitment to excellence and innovation has helped us establish long-term relationships with clients around the world. Here are some of the key milestones in our journey:

  • 2014: We proudly made our first shipment for Christy’s, marking a significant step forward in establishing our reputation in the global market.

  • 2016: Our company was acquired by Amscan, a move that allowed us to expand our capabilities and production capacity. That same year, we also invested $3 million in factory improvements, upgrading our facilities to better serve our growing customer base.

  • 2017: Our commitment to meeting demand and quality resulted in producing 1.65 million costumes in a single year, solidifying our place as a leader in the industry.

  • 2022: By 2022, we had significantly expanded our operations, manufacturing 2.8 million costumes and an impressive 35,000 units of piñatas, while continuing to diversify our product offerings. This year also saw the introduction of a new range of products, including clothing garments, marking our expansion into new markets.

  • Recent Acquisition: In a move to further strengthen our position, we were acquired by Ad-Populum, a strategic partnership that will continue to fuel our growth and allow us to innovate even further in the years to come.
