Reforestation Initiatives to Protect the Environment

At Festival Factory, we take pride in our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability. One of our key initiatives is our yearly tree planting programme in collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment. Each year, we engage our employees in planting and monitoring trees, contributing to the restoration of natural habitats and helping combat deforestation. On average, 1,500 trees are planted annually, with a remarkable 86% survival rate for the trees planted in 2024. This initiative is just one of the ways we actively promote a greener future while involving our team in hands-on environmental action.

Recycling Programme to Reduce Factory Waste

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Festival Factory has implemented a comprehensive recycling programme aimed at reducing our environmental impact. We ensure that all factory waste is properly sorted and recycled through partnerships with multiple government-approved recycling partners. This initiative helps us minimise waste, conserve resources, and contribute to a circular economy, making sure that our production processes are as eco-friendly as possible. Our recycling efforts are a vital part of our broader mission to create a more sustainable and responsible manufacturing process.

Employee Participation in Local Trail Running Events

Festival Factory is proud to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle among our employees. Each year, a team of our dedicated employees participates in the local Trail Running race, showcasing their commitment to fitness and teamwork. In 2024, six of our employees took part in the race, finishing in the top 65 out of 240 participants—a true testament to their perseverance and dedication. This annual event not only promotes physical well-being but also strengthens the sense of community and camaraderie among our staff.

Building Strong Community Partnerships with NGOs

At Festival Factory, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us. We are proud to partner with local non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to make a positive impact in the region. Our collaborations include working with orphanages, shelters, and the Association of Older People, where we regularly donate essential items like garments, uniforms, rice, blankets, and toys. These partnerships allow us to contribute to the well-being of those in need, strengthening the social fabric of the community and reinforcing our values of compassion and social responsibility.
